1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the 17jl9 platform — whether on desktop or mobile — you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. This agreement is effective from the moment you complete registration or use any 17jl9 service, whichever comes first.

3 Account Registration

Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible. 17jl9 reserves the right to request supporting documents before releasing any withdrawal, particularly where fraud prevention or AML (Anti-Money Laundering) checks are triggered.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

17jl9 offers various promotions, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, and free bets from time to time. Each promotion comes with its own specific terms which will be published alongside the offer. The general bonus rules below apply to all 17jl9 promotions unless the specific promotion states otherwise.

• Bonuses are available to verified accounts only. Accounts that have not completed identity verification are not eligible.

6 Betting Rules

• All bets are final once confirmed. 17jl9 does not accept cancellation requests after a bet has been placed, except in cases of obvious system error where the odds were materially incorrect.
